MULTUS CHAMP – Gary Haasbroek – takes SILVER

at the recent World u20 Athletics Championships in Finland!!!

                                                         

Breaking his own State u20 Decathlon record (formally held by his coach Steve Cain), he set a new PB score of 7798 points to secure his place on the podium. He has trained with Multus for the past three years and committed to regular training, demonstrated hard work and we send our congratulations to him and his family!!!!

Head Coach of MULTUS, STEVE CAIN has an extensive list of coaching qualifications from his Sports Science Degree, Level 4 IAAF Coach Accreditation and is the current National Junior Coach for Combined Events.

Steve leads an enthusiastic and talented group of qualified athletic coaches:

  • All registered with Athletics Australia
  • Have Working With Children Checks
  • Experience both as an athlete and coach
  • Influence in programs such as JDS, AV Target Talent, AA U17 Squad, AA u19 Squad, Primary and Secondary School PE & Athletics, Little Aths & Senior Club Coaching

All sessions are located at Hagenauer Reserve, Barwon St in Box Hill 

 

Monday:

4.45pm – 6.15pm: Junior/Senior Sprints & Hurdles & Conditioning

6.15pm – 7.45pm: Senior GYM

 

Tuesday:

5.45pm – 7.15pm: Junior/Senior Throws & Running

 

Wednesday:

4.45pm – 6.15pm: Junior/Senior Jumps + Plyo’s & Running

6.15pm – 7.45pm: Senior GYM

 

Thursday:

5.45pm – 6.45pm: Pole Vault (Technique & bar drills)

5.45pm – 7.30pm: Junior/Senior Throws & Running

 

Sunday:

9am: Pole Vault

10am: Throws

11am: Running + Fitness

 



In addition to the above group sessions, MULTUS offer personalised 1-on-1 sessions, by appointment only.
